Booking & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to all Mellior team members. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 48-hoursnotice for appointment changes and for cancellations. 

We ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough time in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and standby clients miss the chance to receive our service

OUR POLICY:

•Too book an appointment we require 50% deposit of the total cost of the desired treatment to be paid

•This deposit must be transferd in our bank account MCB 32116507 and is held against your booking as a credit towards that appointment. NON-PAID BOOKINGS MAY BE CANCELLED AFTER DUE DATE.

•DEPOSIT is (non-refundable) (non-transferable) this applies to Cancellations, No shows, Any delays exceeding 15 minutes or Rescheduled appointments in 𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗦 than 𝟰𝟴 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦

•Any delays exceeding 15 minutes by the guest may result in the cancellation of the appointment without any further notice if we are not available to help you.In this case, the deposit will be lost.

• If a cancellation is made with 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 than 𝟰𝟴 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦 notice, the deposit is forwarded to the new appointment time.

• If a booking is held with a Giftcard, and has a less than 48 hours cancellation,no show or delay , 50% of the Giftcard value will be reduced.

• Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice are welcome to send someone else in their place to have the booked service(s) to avoid losing their deposit.

By booking an appointment with us, you consent to our booking and cancellation policies.

The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.
